The Crown cut is a prime cut from a duck, featuring the breasts still attached to the keel and wings for a wonderful roasting experience and a phenomenal table presentation! 
An excellent cut for a smaller table or gathering. The Crown cut is the breast and wing section of the bird, when you've had your fill of juicy duck breast with a crispy, addictive skin, what's left of the wings and back bone make a great cut for duck stock!
