Perfectly sized 4oz jars of delectable duck fat from our Pasture-Raised Duck operation. This fat is stable at room temperatures but we always prefer to store in the fridge for that wonderful "softened butter" texture and longer storage life. This is a truly wonderful and healthy fat to utilize in the kitchen! We have used this fat for everything from seasoning cast iron and carbon steel to skin salves, fat blends, seasoned fats and just general cooking and frying in the kitchen.
 
Duck fat and potatoes go together like peanut butter and chocolate, you just have to try some! Provide your own potatoes, or buy from another local producer!
